it seems to be is my account blocked from Youtube. After switching account it work fine.

I'm using both Chrome and Opera GX, with the same account and adblocks (Adblock - uBlock), and obviously Fadblock. For now it has stopped working on Chrome and I tried deactivating all extensions and problem would persist, but on GX Fadblock is still working well and I'm able to see videos with the 2 ad skips at the beginning

If you were co-using uBlock, your account can get banned as reported above, FadBlock can't do anything if you're stacking adblockers which are listed in the FAQ.
