Adding fields to incident reports

This is an overarching issue to collect feedback about which fields we should prioritize including in the dataset. Maybe some fields make sense to include only in downstream APIs, maybe some fields we can automate entering. This is the place for that discussion.

Per #315 (comment) these are suggested fields:

• Geo-location (long/lat)
• Raw links to the mp4/jpg from the backups - Hosted Raw Videos #315
• Thumbnails
• Duration
• Tags - Adding tags to entries #536

I'll update the above list as more ideas are suggested.

Time of day as well? And potentially number of officers and civilians involved?

@ubershmekel, a feed containing links to a single archive of ALL videos would be a nice to have. Perhaps a ZIP? If there are any mirrors, they can be included there too.
