We have a number of incidents where zip-ties are used in harmful ways. We would love to get all of those tagged, but it's a big undertaking.

So if there's a volunteer who has the energy to look through all the incidents and attempt to tag them with zip-ties, that would be amazing!

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas taken care of under PR #1624, will move on to the rest of the alphabet. If any other volunteers see this issue and want to tackle it together, kindly start from the bottom of the alphabet (Wisconsin).

@emarcey is this effort scoped specifically to arrests? For example ca-costa-mesa-1 has the clearest footage I've seen so far of officers with a huge amount of zip ties but no arrests being made.

Edit: ca-losangeles-3 also a decent example, no arrests but lots of zip ties visible on officers

@Murkantilism are you talking about police just carrying zip ties? I would say hard no on that - only use if the police are using zip ties for an arrest
