Why is the v2rayN.exe file size 48.8 MB in the release artifacts for version 6.43, but only 37.8 MB in the actual release?

I've noticed a discrepancy in the file size of the v2rayN.exe executable. In the release artifacts for version 6.43, the file size is 48.8 MB, but in the actual release, it is only 37.8 MB. Could you please explain why there is such a significant difference in file sizes between these two versions?
