Add flags to disable sharing and printing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not everyone uses those functionalities. Adding flags to disable them will reduce memory usage. Since there already is a flag to disable/enable Media Router (casting), this can be done too.

Adding a flag to disable the sharing button ("Desktop Sharing Hub")
Adding a flag to disable printing
