There will not be a way to disable talking when a player is downed if you want this added its pretty simple to add this yourself, you can see an example here

Frequent Issues

Couldn't receive UDP traffic - This is user configuration issue, make sure that you have port 30120 open on your firewall for UDP and TCP.

Voices randomly cut out - this has been an issue with FiveMs mumble server since day 1, the actual issue is still unknown and is hard/impossible to reproduce
