Is your feature request related to a problem?

I would like to request that bentobox for island owners to give access fly to players in their team to fly in the island. I am suggesting this mainly for people that have temporary fly permission or essential fly. Not like "free island fly". I hope this makes sense!

I have described above above. But I would like this to work without us having to add in "island fly addon" if that possible? As there should be an option where we don't have to give out free fly unless they have fly permission from VIP rank or temporary fly time.

I think this is maybe covered by the Island Fly addon - see this comment for where it was asked about using that addon to enable/disable fly permissions from other addons. #2159 (comment)
