Summary

When using borderless-gaming with skyrim on a resolution less that your screen size in windowed mode makes it so that the game cursor can't leave the bounds of the window even though all the buttons and stuff of the game are outside native window. Not sure if this is only with skyrim.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch SkyrimSELauncher.exe
  2. In options, tick windowed mode and borderless and set resolutions to lowest setting (e.g. 800x660)
  3. Launch Skyrim
  4. Alt-Tab to borderless gaming
  5. Add SkyrimSE.exe to favourites
  6. Close Skyrim and launch Skyrim again
  7. In-game cursor won't leave the 800x600 bounds

Let Borderless Gaming make the window borderless, don’t rely on the launchers setting.
