[FS Chat] "Hide Chat Scroll Bar" option doesn't work on VODs

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Version 4.56.1
• Other Extensions: uBlock Origin

Description of the issue:
This option hasn't worked for me on VODS in quite a while (multiple months). I was too lazy to report it because on Microsoft Edge it is a small cosmetic issue but now that I've switched to Firefox it's very annoying, since it's very big and a contrasting color.
