  • [ x] I have read the FAQ.
  • [ x] I have searched in existing issues.

Environment

  • OS: Windows
  • scrcpy version: [e.g. 2.4]
  • installation method: Windows release.
  • device model: Samsung S10E
  • Android version: 12

Describe the bug
In android apps where you have to press and hold the finger on a control (button) for a couple of seconds to confirm something does not seem to work using scrcpy.

Holding the mouse button (default command line args) will not transfer the hold for long enough.

Connecting with Dex for Samsung works fine though for holding the button. (but dex has other issues in apps/games and scrcpy is preferred)

That's unexpected, on my device press-and-hold works.

For example, in a text area, if I press-and-hold, a context menu opens to "paste".

Is it only in a specific app?

Sorry, i only use this to play Orna RPG - so not sure if this is App-specific. Its a button you have to keep holding for a bit longer than usual (2-3sec?)
