Android - external git repo edits headrev version, not checked out version

If you enable external repo, and then edit that file outside of GitJournal, GitJournal ONLY sees the updated file if you do a refresh (stroke down on screen when viewing top of note list).

If you skip the refresh step, GJ only sees the checked in version, leading to loss of data if editing the file.
