Describe the bug
We propose adding a comprehensive Code of Conduct to our repository to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all contributors and users. This code will serve as a guideline for behavior, promoting diversity, reducing conflicts, and attracting a wider range of perspectives.

I see no reason to add this sooner or later. We work OK without CoC for a long time.

Maintainers should be the ones to draw up repo policy documents like a code of conduct, so I'm not going to assign this to a first time contributor. In general, you don't need to be assigned anything to submit a PR, just send in the PR and if it works and passes checks we'll merge. I suspect you're here for hacktoberfest, and we have ample tasks that I've marked out as easy tasks for beginners for people to get their feet wet before hopefully moving on to other items in the repo. There's some documentation tasks in there too, if you wanted to make low-code contributions.
