The ability to edit the dns/other internet settings of non-currently connected internet configs.

There is an issue I'm having with dns.mitm and I am going to go back to 90dns until it is resolved. I would like to not need to manually edit each dns entry, or wait until I'm connected to each Wi-Fi.
