When clicks on profile image redirects to invalid site

Hi,

I recently changed my mail-id of my github account. After that I wrote this blog.

But when I click on the profile image shown in the page it redirects to

https://pramodjg.github.io/articles/2016/10/16/pramodjg.github.io

Actually it should go to the site

https://pramodjg.github.io/

I've checked the links (copy paste required because the links are broken) and the problem still exists.
