Hello, I don't have MQTT but I would like to use the sensor Is there a way to still see the sensor info without using MQTT?

Hello, I still can not figure out how to get the sensor to work without mqtt. I don't have mqtt or home assistant. please someone help me to try to get the sensor to work on serial monitoring without mqtt on it?
