[BUG] Resume profile applies strange values

Only setting I use is APU Temperature Tuning, which I set to 65°C. After waking up from standby, I get a notification that says "Resume profile has been applied".

From there on the system no longer throttles at 65°C as intended, but tries to stay around 56°C. Re-applying my standard profile manually fixes the problem.

What is this "resume profile" anyway? I could not find resume related settings in the UI.
