Describe the bug
device re-authrization URL page is not in correct format

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install jans1.1.2.nightly
2. complete device authorization flow check authrozation page format
3. logout and exit TUI
4. re launch TUI and device authorization page will appear
5. follow URL and check format

Expected behavior
device authorzation page should be proper format

@manojs1978 I were not be able to replicate this issue, I closed similar issue before. Even if it is reproducable, it is not TUI issue.

It's an issue with the device flow, so probably @yuriyz should take a look.

There was styles upgrades by @jv18creator which seems to messed formating. Re-assigning to fix styles.

I have done a fresh installation and could not reproduce the issue. assets (js & css) are loading fine.
