fix(docs): javadocs not being generated for some modules

Javadocs are not getting generated for the modules mentioned below. Hence the links on the doc site are 404:

• jans-casa
• jans-keycloak-integration
• jans-keycloak-link
• jans-link
• jans-lock

Based on the chat above, If #8057 gets closed, and all the modules start using JDK-17, that will allow us to make maven also use JDK-17. Once that happens, the expectation is that the Javadocs for the above modules should start getting generated automatically and this issue can be closed by just verifying that.
