Streams don't synch

I'm not sure where this error lives, so just posting here for now.

This creator in ypp (https://gleev.xyz/channel/26152) , silver tier, is saying that the recordings of live streams are not getting synched, but videos are. Here are two livestream recordings that are not synched

Is this a bug, is this a policy choice?

@bedeho The not syncing of live streams is expected behavior. We used to sync live streams too, but a while back (~2 months ago) when a few gaming channels signed up, each full of a few 100 live streams and caused problems for storage WG, we decided to exclude the syncing of live streams
