the one from caa: not showing the addon button, something is wrong with that build.
:win10+palemoon.
im using that one, works perfect;

CAA currently includes RightToClick 2.9.6 taken from the link you suggested earlier.

In fact, the contents of these extensions differ only in png images in the skin directory.
