Due to the issue in webtorrent/webtorrent#2194, magnet links do not work when using 0 upload speed.

Temporary there is the default small speed:

torrent-stream-server/src/config.ts

Line 198 in d0c43fc

uploadLimit: 1000,

But there could be an issue when multiple torrents are added at the same time.
