Requested feature

I'd like to specify a default for:

  • extrude_distances
  • extrude_speeds
  • move_distances
  • z_babystep_values

It looks like it's hard-coded to index 1 for first 2.

Request

Use a extrude_distances_default that specifies the index of the list to use as a default. Same for the other list-based options.
