On small screen, it would be nice to toggle on/off color bar
it would give more page visibility

from my experience assets button(within color bar) is not used frequently, it can be replace with expand/collapse button for color bar

It's to select different color palettes.
I would add this to the settings instead of putting a hide button inside the tool

Umm Another approach(saber notes app uses it) could be adding color tool

Hmm yeah we could add it. But it can only work in combination with the pen tool. The label toolbar has important configuration which needs to be there and I don't know if this adds confusion if we name this "Toolbar toggle".
Another name can be Color toolbar toggle but I want to add a new toolbar to the select tool to switch between rectangle and lasso selection and this could also confuse when adding this.
