Is your feature request related to a problem?

If you create a grid with hidden columns, so they can be filtered but not shown, the columns appear in the filter popover.

But the sort options do not. As a result you cannot tailor sorting for hidden columns

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide sorting configurations in the popover that is currently used for the filter popover (simple mode)
