Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently it does not appear possible to Un-Hide a column that the user hidden.
Once the user hides the column, they cannot un-hide it.

Consider that the default value might be 3 out of 10 columns, and you would want the user to be able to add the additional columns as they see fit.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide another option in the moreVert dropdown that allows you to "Add Column"
