Preconditions:

  • installAclsIncrementally: true (default behavior)
  • Everyone deny was moved to the bottom but permissions on config files were not modified and are ordered correctly.

Usually happens that Service Pack contains rep:policy nodes that are installed adding some everyone deny on paths. When AC Tools is executed founds an untouched order in the repo structure for the group available in the configuration files, that ends a no change detected, not moving the everyone deny to the top.

Tested with v.3.0.9
