Brief Description:
Insufficient Inventory is displayed incorrectly.

Operating System (OS and version): macOS 10.15.4
OpenBazaar version: 2.3.8
Hardware: 16GB/2.8GHz MacBook pro

Reproducible: Always (for me :) )
Steps to reproduce:

Change base currency to Bitcoin Cash
Try to purchase a higher quantity of a product than is available, you should get the above error.

Observed Behavior:
Insufficient Inventory is displayed incorrectly.

Expected Behavior:
Should display the correct decimal precision.
