When I say style modals like v2, I don't necessarily mean aesthetically, but more functionally, namely how a modal that exceeds the screen height is still scrollable.

Also we need the modals to be responsive.

(Once #8 is merged, you'll be able to access a test modal by running the app and navigating to /modals)
