BUG: OpenKJ - Songs marked as 'BAD' can't be managed?

Issue:

When you mark a song as bad, it can no longer be managed in any way, it disappears from the library which is fine, but you can't do anything with it after that.

For example, if you made a mistake and marked a song as bad, you can't access the 'BAD' marked songs to restore it back to the library. You have to clear the entire DB and add it again.

Suggestion:

Have a separate table that holds all the tracks marked bad, to be able to manage/interact with them.
