It has been many years since we looked at the "Additional Datasets" for Moon, Mars, and Mercury that we provide on the website, we should do an audit on naming, anything new we have learned about geotiffs, if anything should be added/removed from the bundles, etc

(as seen by recent issue in slack https://openspacesupport.slack.com/archives/C055D75TJ9K/p1715197492872229 where a renaming of the layer would have been beneficial

The identifiers also are no longer valid as they have spaces in them
