Describe the Bug

trees are broken in hardware rendering

Reproduction Steps

go in game / look at the gs dump

Expected Behavior

be like SW mode and have trees appear

If it helps anyone who wishes to investigate this in the future, I only managed to get the trees to appear by setting the CPU width to 10, and this completely broke the right half of the screen. Nothing else succeeded in making the trees appear in the HW renderer.
