配置文件没设置时间和运行这个任务，docker-compose 文件里也没有这个任务的变量，但是这个任务依旧会莫名其妙的运行，能不能增加一个关闭的变量

我这边也不成功，导致天选时刻关注了一堆美女

先把cron改成每年运行一次，暂时实现关闭。
后面会加个开关彻底关闭
