Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, accessing reanalysis models is quite challenging and usually requires external files. Furthermore, loading forecasts from GFS requires heavy libraries and slow requests.

Describe the solution you'd like

Recently, I came across https://open-meteo.com/en/docs. It seems like a nice addition to our weather models.

Additional context

This was first suggested by @HappyCanuk at the OpenRocket repo (openrocket/openrocket#2060).

RocketPy already supports dozens of wether models, but it is important to keep our implementations up to date with the latests options available.
