Hello lovely people,

when using the [DrawDistanceChanger] option, the draw distance does ignore weather conditions. Normally, the game would reduce the draw distance during fog/sandstorms/rain to increase atmosphere. This problem occurs in GTAIII-SA.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this behaviour intended/a technical compromise?
Is it possible to restore the fog effects and still benefit from increased draw distance?
I would love to see a separate option for weather (so that the draw distance could be reduced, but maybe a bit less than in the vanilla game).
