Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

It would be nice if the nationZonesSize showed on the Dynmap, as it would help our players to visualize the effects of nation-membership, and would make it clearer which plots are truly in the Wilderness.

This one likely won't happen because NationZones don't really exist outside of the player's PlayerCache.

Ah, rats. Thanks for the quick reply, in any case. Will we leave it open, just in case it becomes possible in the future? Or is it a guaranteed "can't do"?

I'll have another look at it some day, it might be something that MapTowny can figure out, outside of Towny.

MapTowny, interesting. Haven't heard of that before. Will have to give that a look; thanks.

I don't know much about the internal workings of Towny, but I'd think it'd be possible to just take the town bounds, add/subtract the nation's nationZonesSize number to/from those coordinates, and display the nation bounds on a separate Dynmap layer, beneath (or above) the town layer. In this case, the fill of the nation polygons could be left transparent, as could the town borders.
The downside of this method is it's not as pretty as what I initially proposed.

Quite unfortunate; this would have been rather nice to have on the map. Is it just not technically feasible?

Re-opening this, as it might be something that can be figured out internally in Dynmap.
