Suggestion:Admin TP Player To Their Town/TPA For Mayor & Kings

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

I think an admin having the option to force TP players to their town would be beneficial for admins to help players.

Admin TP all online town members to their Town/Nation
Admin TP single player to their town

Mayor TPA
Additionally a Town Mayor/Assistant could possible have a alert TPA request in case their town is getting raided to all online members in their entire nation. Only use able in their town/nation borders.
Title/Action Bar - "Mayor JoeBob Sending for help"
Timer options to avoid instant TP.
Cooldown For TPA Request
