Config error I can't seem to solve

Actual behaviour

Installed Ultrastar Deluxe on a new device (latest release)
Added content to /songs
Opened USDX
Set up mircophone for player 1
Select sing>player1
The following error displays

Expected behaviour

View the carousel of artists and songs :D but please just tell me if I'm being stupid

That's strange. It should check at startup if that file is writable and if it is not, it should use a different directory (%APPDATA%\ultrastardx).
