Samsung D5500 no supported vp09 encoded mp4 files

When I try to play a vp09 encoded mp4 file, my Samsung D5500 TV says that it is not a supported video file. So in the Samsung-CD.conf file, the mp4 codecs need to be more specific so that the UMS will transcode mp4 files encoded with unsupported codecs.
