"in-game" menu in Steam settings only shows two options in the desktop mode. No option for fps counter and other settings. #10888

I am running the latest version of steam os, however it seems that one of the latest updates caused a glitch where I see no option to enable the steam overlay, as well as no fps counter settings where I have previously enabled it. I will link a photo showing the problem below. It's also worth noting that the "in-game" tab is visible even in the game mode settings, which I believe is also not supposed to happen.
