Steam crashes when selecting a user in multiple account installation

Greetings, it's been a week since I added another account on my steam installation, now there are two of them, yesterday I set one account to download on the internal hard drive and when finished changed the account and downloaded the other games on a external hard disk, the accounts had some downloaded and downloading games in common.
The thing is, something happened tonight and steam completely crashed, I tried to log in by choosing the user but it crashes after reading user data, this is the terminal output when purging steam and reinstalling it: https://gist.github.com/roland3564/7b9a53c902c1a08730a077d4f543d7ff

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Have multiple accounts on a steam installation
2. Set an account to download some games
3. change account
4. Set the other account to download the same games and some other games on a different drive
5. let the downloads continue for some time
   Steam now is irreparably accessible

What I already tried:

1. Purging and reinstalling Steam
2. Disconnecting and reconnecting drives
3. Power off and power on the machine back again
