Uploading a .srt file from "Upload Subtitles" on /mvideos page yields error "must upload .srt or .vtt file" #9044

Describe the bug
.SRT file upload is not working with a valid .SRT file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to /mvideos
Click on [Upload Subtitle] for a video
Drag a valid .srt file
Choose language
Upload.
Observe error "The file must be a .vtt or .srt file"

Expected behavior
The .srt file to upload

can you please rename the .srt file and remove the dots and spaces?
