Describe the bug
My encoder is "stuck" with no files that I can remove. I'm trying to clear it.

Looking in the /videos directory of the encoder, it's full of junk. Can we delete it safely?

Note: not all junk is shown, this scrolls for quite some time:

Note2: There were a bunch of files like 640_something.mp4 and 641_something.mp4 which I deleted. Now the encoder is no longer stuck at 11%, but it still believes the two files are still "encoding".

How do I clear the encoders state?

Screenshot: See encoder with two "stuck" files after we have deleted about 16 files beginning with 640_ and 641_ which appeared to be the stuck files. Before deleting, the first encode was "stuck" at 11%. Now it is "stuck" at 0%.

Feel free to delete all thumbs_* dirs

if it is tucked try to reencode, if it persists share the encoder log

cd /var/www/html/AVideo/Encoder/install
php reencodeAllVideos.php
