On Debian, the Lintian tool reports the folowing:

I: woeusb: acute-accent-in-manual-page [usr/share/man/man1/woeusb.1.gz:36]
I: woeusb: acute-accent-in-manual-page [usr/share/man/man1/woeusb.1.gz:44]

The attached patch fixes this.

WoeUSB: 5.2.4

I went ahead and re-wrote the whole manual.

Please note that the manual page and the binary's -ab output miss the version completely, presumably as a result of the command having been split from the GUI gront-end. This needs to be fixed.
