Currently, uefi-ntfs.img is always downloaded from pbatard/rufus. I know the file is only 512 KiB, but IMHO it forces WoeUSB to require Internet connection.

I suggest to add a command-line option to provide the file path, e.g. -u /path/to/uefi-ntfs.img.
