Impossible edition: Document out of sync

Hello,

I'm trying Zettlr because I think the tool is valuable for personal knowledge management.
However I have a huge problem with it.

I created a small workspace with some folders and two files. The workspace is synchronized in a GitHub private.
After cloning it on another computer. I'm not able to modify any of the two files.
I get a "document out of sync" error every time.

I restarted Zettlr many times, it didn't change anything. Files can be modified with another editor (say VSCode).
I use the last version 3.1.1 on Windows 11.

Hello again,

I have made some more tests.

After the workspace have been cloned, Zettlr fails to change documents ("Document out of sync" error).

Other applications can modify the document without any problem: VSCode, Notepad...

If I open the workspace with Obsidian. I can modify the files. But after that, I have no more "Document out of sync" errors in Zettlr on the files modified by Obsidian (the other file still have the problem.). This didn't happen when the file was modified by VSCode and Notepad.

When I restore the file (git restore ...) The "Document out of sync" error happens again.

I've tried to compare the two files and I see no differences. Attributes are equivalent and I found no specific alternative stream.

I don't know what to do. I think now its sound like a bug more than a misuse.

I found the root cause.
The error happens when the file has Windows ends of lines .
Which is the default on Windows.

Git manages them correctly. So files stored with Unix ends of lines in the repositories are converted to Windows at file checkout.

The Obsidian effect is simply explained by the fact that it converts to .
