Unable to login after “An error occurred while the panel was running” #177

System：Debian 11
After stopping “Qinglong” container in Portainer，I refreshed the panel and then it showed “An error occurred while the panel was running”. I followed the instruction to fix the problem, but it became unable to login, just kept loading. I tried to restart the panel with SSH, but nothing changed.
