[ Feature request ] separate ssl control section #181

Managing ssl via websites means you can't request one request for bulk domains (cross sites not just one site) and multitenant servers

Multitenant servers needs to have the same "wildcard cert" so they can comunicate internally without problems
Many times we need to add ssl certs before we add site itself
we may separate "multi-tenant" websites into many site and services for easy management but we need to manage certs from one place

Any possible way to manage ssl from the same place ? Something like Security in the side panel ?
