Web Interface reporting incorrect battery charge when controller plugged in. #273

When controllers are plugged into the pi they appear to be reporting incorrect (low) battery charge values.
e.g. Controller connected via BT and fully charge shows as 80%+ charged in web interface. Same controller when plugged into the pi shows as Low 20% charged instead.
