For example, this file 20240320%202010%20-%20RTL%20HD%20-%20Die%20Bachelors%20-%20Das%20gro%C3%9Fe%20Finale.ts gets saved as "file"

Steps To Reproduce

Download a file that has ß in its file name. Probably the same with other special characters like ä, ö, and ü.
