Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't have much developing experience and i'm not capable of providing new translations for my language (french) using the translation contribution guidelines.

Describe the solution you'd like
I've used online translation tools before and they're very useful fr people like me. It's makes translation a lot easier for translators without a technical background, and i believe it makes it easier for repository maintainers too.
My solution of choice would be to use Weblate, as it's an open-source solution that works really well.

Describe alternatives you've considered
My second choice for an online translation tool would be Crowdin which is very efficient too but not open-source. And third option, Transifex can do, but my experience with it as a translator was not good at all.
Alternatively, lightweight and handmade solutions like those used by Snappymail developer (here) or Palcka Tarrock developer (here) could be developed (or ask developers of these projects to provide their code for the translation tool).
